  • History of the Sensibledays Logo

    History of the Sensibledays Logo

The best World Cup were those where you could still discover new teams, and new dreams.

The 1998 World Cup certainly is one of those. Who doesn’t remember that Bergkamp goal against Argentina, or the catchy song

But hey. Look at that logo to the left of the rooster. Doesn’t it look familiar? Yes that logo was the inspiration for the sensidays logo

But there was one more step. In 1998 Gideon Cresswell made a Swos update for the World Cup, including a new logo. They published it via the the CU Amiga magazine.

And there the logo was included In Sensible soccer for the first time.

When Sensidays was started a few years later in Pirmasens they included the logo, which has returned ever since,

Thanx to Xflea, Playaveli and Sebastosh for info and designs.
